Can and Jar labeling, "pick up" adhesive.

Also used as as an insulating Cable "dope" for speciality cable manufacture and as a "potting" adhesive for electronic circuit boards.

• As a label adhesive Technomelt 4345 can also resist cool - cold storage.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Viscosity 650 - 750 cps at 180 deg C.
• Softening point    90 - 95 deg C    (Ring & Ball)

APPLICATION METHOD
Application Temperature:    140 - 175ºC. Depending on papers and Machine type. Applicators    :    Extruder, Reservoir pump wheel type. Open Assembly Time:    Long (10 - 20 seconds). Speed of Set:    Fast (5 - 10 seconds).

APPEARANCE

• Translucent light yellow, waxy solid.

ODOUR
Slight resin odour hot. No odour cold.

CLEAN UP
For the cold cleaning of surfaces on application equipment, conveyor belts or other machine parts, Melt-O-Clean can be applied. Melt-O-Clean is based on natural resources and facilitates manual cleaning even in case of pronounced charring. Before using Melt-O-Clean, its suitability for lacquered and synthetic coated surfaces should be tested.
