DISPOMELT DM COOL 110 15kg

High quality rubber based pressure sensitive hot melt adhesive for construction applications like disposable paper products. It is also used for very difficult food packaging applications such as heavily waxed or coated fish cartons for freezer  use.

COMMON USES

• Dispo-melt Cool 110 is mainly used for very difficult surface gluing for freezer applications.

BONDS
A wide range of papers and boards – including printed and lacquered surfaces, foils and many plastic types. Gives very high adhesion even in case of high memory forces.

ADVANTAGES

• Low application temperature, will allow bonding of many plastic films which would distort or melt at normal Hotmelt application temperatures.

PROPERTIES

• Meets the composition requirements of Indirect Food Additives Regulation 21 CFR 175.105 "Adhesives".

TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Viscosity : Approx. 4900cps at 120°C

APPLICATION METHOD
Dispo-melt Cool 110 is generally applied by slot, extrusion or spray. The operating temperature range is 100 - 130°C.

APPEARANCE

• Appearance: Cream coloured solid, flexible and permanently tacky, (pressure sensitive).

ODOUR
Low odour hot. No odour cold.

CLEAN UP
For the cold cleaning of surfaces on application equipment, conveyor belts or other machine parts, Melt-O-Clean can be applied. Melt-O-Clean is based on natural resources and facilitates manual cleaning even in case of pronounced charring. Before using Melt-O-Clean, its suitability for lacquered and synthetic coated surfaces should be tested.
