AQUENCE LA 3183 Adhesive

Waterborne, synthetic, resin-based adhesive designed for use in paper converting.

Features excellent specific adhesion, mechanical stability, and relatively high flexibility and strength when cured.

COMMON USES

• Most suitable for fast production lines.

BONDS
Bonds well to a variety of coated papers and films

ADVANTAGES

• Suitable for indirect contact with dry foodstuffs when cured
• Has been found very useful in straight-line glueing of packets

PROPERTIES

• Fast bonding.
• Open time; short (10 - 20 seconds)
• Setting speed; fast (9 - 15 seconds).

TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Viscosity: 4,800 - 6,300 cps.

APPLICATION METHOD
Non-corrosive nozzle, wheel.

APPEARANCE

• White liquid.

ODOUR
Odour; slight when wet, none when dry.

CLEAN UP
Warm water with detergent and meths when dry.
