Drain the tank or use the wax mastic to temporarily stop or plug any leaks. Remove all dirt, grease, fuel, debris, or loose contaminants from area to be repaired. Use rough sandpaper to roughen surface. Open up smaller cracks by using a drill or screwdriver to create a 3mm gap.
Thoroughly combine Parts A and B for 30 seconds by squeezing one side of the pouch until it breaks the inner seam and blends with the other side. Knead the combined material quickly.
Cut the pouch and apply half the epoxy over the damaged area with the brush. Cut the fibreglass and place over the first layer of of epoxy. Use remaining epoxy to cover the cloth and edges as needed.
Allow 20 to 30 minutes for the epoxy to cure. Repair is cured when the area is no longer tacky. If possible, test a small amount of liquid in the affected area before completely filling the tank.
