BOSTIK 555 Contact Adhesive Natural 20ltr

High quality, high strength, all-round adhesive that bonds to most common building substrates.

COMMON USES

• Ideally suited for bonding decorative laminates such as Formica & Laminex to particle board surfaces.

BONDS
Most common building substrates and general laminating operations including plywood, galvanized and other metal sheets, wood veneer, PVC flooring, internal bracing and honey comb stuffing & Gib-board.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Solids content: Approx. 20%
• Viscosity: Sprayable grade, but due to high solids content may also be brushed or rolled
• Temp resistance: -20°C to 150°C dependent on bond line stress
• Bonding range: 10 - 60 minutes dependent on temperature and substrates bonded (contact or up to 24 hours (heat activate)
• Coverage: 2 - 5 m2/litre of bonded area dependent on surface porosity and application method

When post forming laminates, use Glue Guru 1500 adhesive
