Waterborne, synthetic, resin-based adhesive designed for use in paper converting.

Features excellent specific adhesion, mechanical stability, and very high flexibility and strength when cured.

COMMON USES

• Most suitable for fast production lines.

BONDS
Bonds well to a variety of coated papers and films

ADVANTAGES

• Suitable for indirect contact with dry foodstuffs when cured
• Has been found very useful in straight-line glueing of packets

PROPERTIES

• Fast bonding.
• Open Time: Short (1 to 2 seconds).
• Initial Tack: Moderate.
• Speed of Set: Fast (10 to 15 seconds).

TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Viscosity: 450 - 550 cps.

APPLICATION METHOD
Non corrosive nozzle, wheel type. This adhesive has been found very useful in "straight line" gluing of packets with ball point pen type applicators

APPEARANCE

• Thin White liquid.
• Transparent glossy dry film.

ODOUR
Odour; slight when wet, none when dry.

CLEAN UP
Warm water with detergent and meths when dry.
