AQUENCE GA 481HV EVA Adhesive

High quality, general purpose synthetic resin adhesive for the paper industry.

Particularly useful for hand bookbinding and padding applications.

• Padding, hand bookbinding, photo mounting, and paper laminating.

BONDS
Many papers including gloss types.

ADVANTAGES

• A versatile padding adhesive, higher viscosity resists sagging when wet.
• For padding; P481HV resists cracking when guillotined during colder winter weather.

PROPERTIES

• P481HV has a long open time and a strong wet tack. This makes it particularly useful for bookbinding applications where ample working time may be required.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

• Viscosity: 8,000-8,500 cps
• Solids: 46 - 49%

APPLICATION METHOD
It can be hand applied (by brush or roller), used in bench spreaders, or employed in machines like Autowrap, Helios and Carlaw.

APPEARANCE

• White liquid, translucent / clear when dry.

ODOUR
Slight. None when dry

CLEAN UP
Water, Warm water with detergent and meths when dry.
