TECBOND CAST-TEC 43mm Hot Melt Slugs

CAST-TEC glue and the new TEC 3400 of heavy-duty industrial glue gun delivers a faster, more cost-effective way for the concrete industry to fix both structural and architectural accessories & fixings to precast concrete forms.

This one-step process does not require primer, and once the parts are brought together the adhesive sets instantly to provide a bond that is strong enough to withstand the pouring and vibrators used during mould filling. Once the concrete has set, the section can be easily removed and any adhesive residue on the mould base can simply be scraped off for a fast and easy clean up. Which means that the forms can be quickly reset for the next piece.

The non-destructive CAST-TEC system not only saves time, it also prevents damage occurring to the forms by eliminating the need for magnets, double sided tape, drill and bolts, and welding.
