The most versatile Aliphatic Resin within the WOODLOK range. WOODLOK 2300 cures to give high strength bonds on softwoods, most hardwoods, particleboard and MDF. Moderate open time and is fast setting due to the high solids content.
COMMON USES
Suitable for edge and face gluing, dowelling, joinery, laminating, mitres and general assembly work.
BONDS
For bonding most hardwoods, softwoods, particleboard and MDF.
ADVANTAGES
Fast cure.
Excellent sandability.
Cured bonds will withstand a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions.
PROPERTIES
Chemical Description : Aliphatic Resin Emulsion.
PREPARATION
All surfaces to be glued must be clean and dry. Remove all oil, grease, wax, old glue, finish or other foreign material before gluing. Generally, wood requires no special preliminary treatment, however, the most efficient bonds develop when the wood has been resurfaced just prior to applying glue with sharp blades.
